This morning, when I woke Gllen up to tell him goodbye, he blearily opened his eyes and after a moment of disorientation gave a HUGE ear-to-ear grin. I raised my eyebrows at him and patted him on the shoulder. "Were you dreaming?" He nodded, still smiling at me. He does this sometimes. I'll wake him up and he'll be super happy... not because he has had a good dream, but because he's happy that his dreams aren't reality. "What were you dreaming about?" I asked.
With his face half in the pillow he told me, "I was in high school and I was about to drop out. And my teacher was trying to convince me to stay in school while we ate a lobster dinner.
But I was flunking, so I was going to drop out."
"Why were you flunking?" I wanted to know.
"Because I have to work!" He looked at me like I was an idiot. "I can't be wasting my time on stupid gym class!"
I asked him if I was in the dream eating lobster too. He scoffed. "I was in high school. Why would you be there?"
"What does that matter!?"
He shook his head and tole me, "There can only be one layer of dream..." he rubbed his face and stared at the ceiling, looking for a word... "inception."
I think he totally misunderstood that movie.
"I think he totally misunderstood that movie."

I also want to know what Gllen was really like in gym class. Did he participate? Was running involved?
