House, House, House

So, Gllen and I found a house we realllllllly love. And it's just steps away from some awesome friends. And it has everything we ever wanted in a house pllllllussssssssss more.

Bad news is that there is already an offer on it that has been accepted. And it's a short sale. So the first offer is waiting on "Third Party Approval"... and we've heard through the grapevine that this first bid is by an investment company, who has nothing to lose by sitting around and waiting for the short sale to work out in their favor.

We've put in an offer, and are waiting to hear if we are going to be approved as a back-up. We need the internets to put some positive energies our way! We NEED this house!!!!!!!! Send your hopeful wishes out into the universe. Gllen and Janelle want to move!
