Today I came home to a sweet little surprise from my boyfriend. Sitting atop of my laptop was a strange purple necklace I had never seen before. Gllen heard me come home and emerged from his office in time to see me staring at the necklace in confusion. "What is that?" I asked.
"I bought a present for you." He said, smiling at me. I gazed at the three strands in confusion.
Finally, I remembered a bleary conversation with Gllen, when I had woken up from a dream and told him how sad I was that the dream wasn't real. In the dream, I had been shopping at an estate sale and found a gorgeous amethyst necklace, three strands of polished crystal, and bought it for only ten dollars. I hazily recalled him asking me if I like amethysts. I then listed off all the gemstones that I love, which is basically everything but diamonds.
So here he had researched an cute little necklace to match my dream, bought it online and gave it to me, in his words, "Just to be nice." How cute is that?!
Now I'm wondering if my other dream will come true... the one in which I dreamed that Gllen had a youtube video of himself that had gone totally bonkers viral. It was only a ten second video, where Gllen drinks deeply from a glass, smacks his lips and says jubilantly, "I love my JUICE!" (the word juice is spoken 'joooooooooooooose!') It's already the new catch-phrase in our household...
