A) Gllen ate steak 3-4 times in the last week and is tired of steak
B) Gllen now prefers cast iron->broiler for steak, much easier to control temperatures and more meat-metal contact, (although I do want to try a superheating cast iron on grill for steak sear, seems like a waste to do that for the first grill of the year).
Who is this man and what has he done with Gllen?
